This is a hybrid role, our office is in Mississauga, ON, so we're ideally looking for a candidate in the Greater Toronto area.

What you do:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Menu Mix & Pricing, this role will be primarily responsible for supporting work done to: conduct menu analysis, competitive analysis to identify industry trends, and potential menu or price promotion opportunities. This individual will also be expected to prepare and assist in the creation of reports and deliverables needed for the cross-functional team alignment.
In this role, you will be expected to:

• Support the planning, execution and measurement of the Main Menu on a bi-annual basis in terms of pricing and content.
• Support the work of BP's ongoing food innovation pipeline & LTO Feature Menu development process.
• Support the regular review and strategic evolution of BP's various tactical menus & related pricing (eg - Lunch; Appy Hour; Kids; etc.)
• Support the regular review and strategic evolution of BP's various promotional incentive offerings (eg - Pasta Tuesday; TOD deals; etc.)
• Support development of communication of all menu/product & pricing changes to internal, cross-functional teams and restaurants.

Who you are:

• You have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• You have 1-2 years of marketing experience.
• You have strong analytical, communication (written, verbal and presentation), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), time management, problem solving, and cross-functional consensus-building skills.
• You are able to work independently and with a team, manage complex lists of deliverables, and build relationships.
