Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze campaign data and produce performance reports to inform decision-making and continuous optimization
• Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
• Support brand-building initiatives; ensure consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels
• Stay updated on marketing trends, industry news, and competitive activity to develop innovative and cutting-edge strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within professional services or staffing sectors
• Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• B2B experience preferred.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Graphic design-based software including Adobe Design and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
