Summary:



The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for management and execution of the multi-channel advertising budget; contributing to the creative direction of the business, this role will lead the processes and management of agency relationships to support strategic media and breakthrough advertising plans. Your efforts and decisions will have a direct impact on the company's short-term results and longer-term brand building. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Business Development.

Responsibilities:



Support multiple channels in developing the annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with corporate and business goals. Lead the design, writing and implementation of new marketing initiatives including, client and customer engagement programs, lead generation programs, product launches, brand building, digital programs, events, trade advertising, and sales promotions. Set program goals and metrics and complete post-project ROI analyses ensuring learning and best practices are leveraged for ongoing improvement. Develop marketing and sales collateral such as sell sheets, case studies, white papers and standardized presentations and proposals. Manage trade relationships and execute traditional trade marketing activities including, direct mail, eMail marketing, outbound call campaigns and tradeshows. Manage marketing agency relationships and budgets to ensure programs are delivered on time and on budget. Support in-field marketing and sales operations as required. Competitive tracking and analysis to build organizational knowledge including on-going monthly campaign reporting. Plan and execute engaging customer appreciation events that strengthen client relationships, enhance brand loyalty, and showcase our commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications:



University degree (BBA, BCom) with a minimum of 3 years' marketing experience Strong preference to B2B experience or a track record with organizations that deliver technical products and services. Analytical background with the capability to translate customer insights, analytics and marketing research into creative strategies and programs. Proven relationship builder who can establish and effectively maintain internal and external relationships. Basic knowledge of Salesforce marketing functions, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop Illustrator or Canva, and Google Analytics dashboard would be an asset. Confident, strategically minded initiative-taker with an orientation towards execution Possesses solid project management skills and the ability to tap into organizational expertise. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. A quick study who thrives on challenges and improving the status quo
