Maxis Law Corporation, a leading boutique corporate finance and M & A firm, is currently seeking a junior associate to join our busy corporate finance and M & A practice. Founded in 2004, Maxis provides securities, M & A, corporate and business law advice, primarily to public companies and other entrepreneurial clients seeking to launch, finance and grow their businesses. We have an immediate opening for a junior associate lawyer in their first to third year of call to join our busy practice. This opportunity will be most suitable for candidates that are:
entrepreneurially minded
looking to work on fast-paced transactions in public markets
looking for more responsibility and client contact
