to support growing caseload of sole practitioner .

About the Role
We are looking for a lawyer who can take on part-time, file-based work, including:

Drafting court documents (Applications, Motions, Affidavits, Financial Statements) Attending court conferences and appearances Negotiation and communication with opposing counsel Handling parts of files independently with support from senior counsel

Requirements
? 2-3+ years of Ontario family law experience
? Strong drafting and advocacy skills
? Able to manage files with minimal supervision
? Familiarity with the Family Law Rules & Ontario court processes
? Excellent client communication and organization skills
?
