Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled
Litigation Lawyer
with3-5 years of experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a proven ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team environment.Key Responsibilities:
Handle a variety of litigation matters from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, conducting questionings, and appearing in court. Provide strategic legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships. Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with procedural rules. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta. 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation. Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
