Litigation Lawyer

to join our dynamic litigation group.

The Opportunity

This position offers the opportunity to join a diverse litigation practice with mentorship and support from senior counsel. You will work on a wide range of matters including commercial disputes, estate litigation, employment law, and general civil litigation. We are looking for a lawyer who is confident in court, committed to delivering excellent client service, and eager to contribute to our collegial and community-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of litigation files, including client consultations, pleadings, discovery, mediations, and trials Provide sound legal advice and practical solutions to clients Work collaboratively with colleagues across practice areas to support clients' broader legal needs Participate in firm initiatives, professional development, and community engagement activities Uphold, promote and demonstrate our Firm core values, Integrity, Excellence and Innovation

Qualifications

4 plus years of post-call experience in litigation (commercial or civil) Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia (or eligible for transfer) Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills Demonstrated ability to manage files independently and efficiently Experience before courts and tribunals will be considered an asset Excellent communication, judgment, and client relationship skills

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
