: Associate Lawyer - Family Law

We are a well-established, busy law firm located in downtown Vancouver with a strong reputation for high-quality legal services. As our practice expands into family law, we are seeking an Associate Lawyer with experience in this area and a willingness to also handle criminal law matters.

This role offers a flexible remote work environment, with occasional days in our downtown office. Our team provides mentorship and guidance, and compensation is competitive, based on a fee-split arrangement.

We're looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You'll have the chance to develop your practice and contribute to the firm's growth, with opportunities to work in immigration and criminal law depending on your interests.

Qualifications:

- Law degree and active membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.

- A strong interest in family law.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working remotely as required.
