Sales Associate - Home and Auto Insurance We are looking for an Home and Auto Insurance Sales Associate to join our team. A successful candidate would be quick on their feet, driven and personable. A General Insurance License is required. From there, Co-operators has a very thorough training program for Auto and Home insurance. Role and responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Sales and service of Auto insurance - Sales and service of Home insurance \xc2\xb7 Prospect and cross-sell all insurance products \xc2\xb7 Achieve individual goals for client service, sales, quality and productivity \xc2\xb7 Respond to client questions and concerns, resolve customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately Working Conditions: \xc2\xb7 Regular office environment \xc2\xb7 May be required to work flexible hours Qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 General Insurance License is required \xc2\xb7 Candidate must be comfortable in a technology dependent environment \xc2\xb7 Experience with Auto and Home insurance sales and service is an asset \xc2\xb7 Must be comfortable making out-bound/prospecting calls \xc2\xb7 Personable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growing office environment \xc2\xb7 Skilled in communication (verbal and written), organization, time management, client service, decision making Co-operators is a Canadian owned and operated company.
