THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a motivated Associate Immigration Lawyer who is ready to take ownership of their legal practice with the support Titan Law can provide. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer looking to develop their own client base, manage their own files, and build a sustainable and rewarding immigration law practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and grow your own immigration law practice with autonomy and entrepreneurial drive

Represent clients in various immigration matters

Prepare legal documents, applications, and submissions with precision and attention to detail

Stay current on immigration policy developments and conduct in-depth legal research

Communicate with clients clearly and empathetically

Collaborate with fellow lawyers to share knowledge and support complex matters

QUALIFICATIONS

Member in good standing with a law society in Canada

Experience in immigration law (2+ years preferred)

Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building a self-sustaining legal practice

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and legal writing skills

Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple files

Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic

REMUNERATION & SUPPORT

Fee split compensation model tailored to reward initiative and growth

The firm covers continuing legal education (CLE)

Shared office infrastructure and access to on-site gym

Supportive environment with experienced immigration professionals and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vancouver, BC
