Includes developing an understanding of onboarding procedures of regulatory regimes, preparing remediation procedure docs and outreach templates for stakeholder review & approval, and leading the maker/QC analysts during remediation projects.Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Support the Director in developing the remediation procedures and outreach templates/strategies and tracking client queries to ensure timely responses
  • Support the Senior Manager with weekly/monthly reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Works independently and in partnership with other internal stakeholders to deliver on derivatives regulatory requirements. Demonstrates knowledge of documentation requirements necessary to address regulatory requirements from a remediation perspective.
  • Quality assurance of remediation reviewing validation tests and data reconciliation results across internal systems to identify gaps and recommend solutions as per the policies and internal controls set by the Department; escalates issues to the Management when necessary
  • Identifies opportunities to coordinate with other remediation / onboarding / offboarding / PR initiatives regarding client touchpoints completion of overlapping clients for review
  • Prepares status and periodic reports to stakeholders as may be required

  • Understands how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? xe2x80x93 Wexe2x80x99d love to work with you if you have:
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience with Capital Markets and financial services industry within client derivative regulatory onboarding space.
  • Strong understanding of Regulatory Requirements across but not limited to Dodd Frank, CFTC, EMIR
  • Ability to oversee remediation efforts and coordinate with internal teams
  • Previous experience with managing complex issues, problem solving and having ownership over work
  • Previous experience with testing derivative regulatory requirements, including data analysis and document review
  • Strong experience in Client Service, expectation to frequently engage with clients
  • Experience managing a team of analysts who execute remediation on Derivative clients, including experience with handling team workload management, queries/escalations, and progress tracking
