Responsibilities

Educate clients on various financial concepts including securities law, cash management, and portfolio management.
Conduct thorough financial analysis using advanced financial software and tools to assess client portfolios and recommend improvements.
Assist clients with estate planning activities such as wills, trusts, and estate law considerations to ensure their assets are protected.
Promote and sell a broad range of financial products and services aligned with client goals, including insurance, investment accounts, and banking solutions.
Stay informed about current regulations in securities law and tax laws to ensure compliance and optimal planning strategies.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and recommendations while managing ongoing customer relationships through CRM systems.
Collaborate with senior advisors on research projects related to asset management, public accounting principles, or corporate accounting practices.
Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Skills
Strong understanding of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and tax experience to craft comprehensive client strategies.
Proficiency in financial sales techniques combined with excellent customer relationship management skills.
Works well independently
Familiarity with financial concepts such as cash management, wealth management, portfolio management, and asset management.
Ability to interpret complex financial data using advanced financial software tools.
Solid foundation in accounting principles--corporate accounting or technical accounting experience is a plus.
Experience in banking or public accounting environments is advantageous for understanding regulatory frameworks.
