Job Summary




We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within the Digital, Generative AI (Gen AI), Client, and Banking technology domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, delivering innovative technology solutions, and driving business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.



This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders and ensure the successful execution of projects.



What will you do?



Lead end-to-end project management for technology initiatives across Digital, Generative AI, Client, and Banking streams. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather detailed project requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications. Oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and align with project objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, analysts, and external vendors. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and performance metrics.

What you need to succeed?



Must-have



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field. A master's degree or PMP certification is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technology projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Strong preference for candidates with experience in the financial sector, including capital markets, investment banking, or related domains. Experience working with Agile or Iterative Waterfall Software Development Lifecycle; Knowledge of industry practices with focus on Agile, DevOps, environments and test integration.

Nice to Have



Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Asana etc. Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
