We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and patient-centered

Associate Dentist

to join both practices and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Our boutique-style offices are equipped with industry-leading technology, ergonomic dental chairs, and advanced sterilization equipment.

Job Responsibilities:



As an Associate Dentist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

General Dentistry

: Providing comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments such as fillings, crowns, root canals and extractions.

Patient Care

: Establishing rapport with patients, conducting thorough examinations, diagnosing dental conditions, and creating customized treatment plans.

Collaboration

: Working closely with our experienced team of hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.

Patient Education

: Advising patients on oral health care and offering preventative tips to promote long-term dental wellness.

Record Keeping

: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Flexible Hours

: Part-time or full time hours, with shifts shared between Lumi Dental and Selkirk Crossing Dental locations, offering flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications:



Education

: Degree from an accredited Canadian dental school.

Licensure

: Valid, active dental license in good standing in the province of practice.

Experience

: A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred; however, recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills

: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with patients and the ability to perform a range of general dental procedures.

Professionalism

: Compassionate and patient-focused, with a commitment to high standards of care and attention to detail.

Team Player

: Ability to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.

Technology Proficiency

: Comfortable using modern dental technology and software for treatment planning and patient management.
