Cataraqui Woods Dentistry is a comprehensive, patient-centred practice providing the full spectrum of oral healthcare. Our clinic features an on-site CBCT for 3D diagnostics and guided workflows, plus an on-site lab that supports efficient, high-quality restorative and surgical care.

The Opportunity



We're seeking a full-time Associate Dentist who is eager to grow clinically, especially in surgical dentistry, and deliver excellent outcomes across general and advanced procedures. New grads and experienced associates are welcome.

What You'll Do



Deliver comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning using digital and/or CBCT imaging Provide quality care across restorative, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery (including extractions, grafting, and implant restoration/placement if qualified), prosthodontics (fixed/removable), and esthetic dentistry Coordinate with our in-house lab for efficient case turnaround and superior fit/finish Educate patients, obtain informed consent, and maintain meticulous charting and compliance Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrators to ensure a best-in-class patient experience

Mentorship & Professional Growth



Structured mentorship plan with weekly case reviews, chairside coaching, and goal tracking Access to guided surgery workflows (CBCT-based planning; digital impressions where applicable) Support for CE in implants, grafting, complex prosthodontics, occlusion, and esthetics Clear progression from simple to advanced cases as competencies develop CE/mentorship support, access to advanced tech and complex cases

Technology & Facilities



Cone Beam CT (3D diagnostics, endo/surgical planning, implant workflows) On-site laboratory (rapid provisionals, custom staining/characterization, case refinement) Digital charting and modern instrumentation; rubber dam isolation and magnification encouraged

What We're Looking For



DDS/DMD from an accredited program; RCDSO license (in good standing) Proof of liability insurance, CPR, and HARP compliance Commitment to evidence-based dentistry, patient communication, and teamwork Nitrous and/or moderate sedation authorization an asset (not required)

Compensation & Schedule



Competitive percentage of collections Schedule: Full-time (4-5 days/week), with one evening; no required weekends
