Duties



Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and medical history review, to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver a wide range of dental services such as general dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions to patients. Conduct dental fabrication procedures, including crown and bridge work, ensuring precision and quality. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols diligently to maintain a sterile environment and prevent cross-contamination. Use dental imaging tools and medical imaging technology to diagnose and plan treatments effectively. Maintain detailed and compliant medical and dental records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and office policies. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, and other specialties to provide the most effective care. Educate patients on oral health, preventive practices, and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental wellness. Ensure compliance with all dental office policies, including documentation, medical records management, and confidentiality standards. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to continually enhance patient care and office operations.

Qualifications



Valid RCDSO dental license to practice as an Associate Dentist in Ontario. Proven experience in general dentistry, with proficiency in dental terminology, medical documentation, and patient care. Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical and dental terminology, and infection control protocols. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent patient assessment and communication skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in dental technology and techniques. Pay: $80,000.00-$350,000.00 per year
