Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and excellent patient experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and software. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, planning, and executing a wide range of dental procedures while maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities



Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments using digital tools and diagnostic equipment. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures. Perform various dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and pediatric dentistry as needed. Utilize dental CAD/CAM technology to design restorations and prosthetics efficiently. Document patient records accurately using electronic health record systems such as Maxident. Educate patients on oral health care practices and post-treatment care instructions. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Stay current with advancements in dental technology, techniques, and industry regulations.

Requirements



DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Valid state dental license in good standing. Experience working with dental office management software such as Dentrix; familiarity with Epic is a plus. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred. Proficiency in CAD design for restorations is desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Prior experience in a busy dental practice is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific systems and procedures.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $94,674.67-$358,869.14 per year

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
