Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform comprehensive dental treatments, and contribute to a welcoming environment for patients of all ages. The position requires proficiency in dental software systems and a strong understanding of medical terminology, with experience in pediatric dentistry being a plus.

Responsibilities



Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using clinical skills and diagnostic tools such as CAD systems. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, ensuring clarity and patient understanding. Perform various dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care. Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix to document patient records accurately and efficiently. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing professional development.

Requirements



Valid DDS/DMD license to practice dentistry in the state. Proven experience working in a dental office environment; familiarity with Dentrix is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Experience or interest in pediatrics is a plus, demonstrating comfort working with children of all ages. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting. Commitment to providing compassionate patient care while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $85,958.71-$379,831.55 per year

Expected hours: 40 - 80 per week
