We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will work closely with our team to ensure patient satisfaction. This role involves performing a variety of dental procedures, educating patients on oral health, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. Perform a range of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals. Utilize dental software such as Oryx for patient records management and scheduling. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide exceptional patient care. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and treatment options. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and advancements in dentistry. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the dental office environment. Work effectively with pediatric and geriatric patients, ensuring a comfortable experience for patients of all ages in the practice.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid Ontario dental license to practice dentistry. Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with office protocols and patient management systems. Proficiency in using Epic or similar electronic health record systems is advantageous. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Compassionate approach towards patient care, particularly with pediatric patients. Pay: $100,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
