Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of dental practice. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and specialized procedures. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in patient assessment, treatment planning, and executing various dental procedures while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.

Must be available Tuesday and Wednesday, 9 AM to 7 PM.



Responsibilities



Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards. Ensure aseptic technique is followed during all clinical procedures to minimize infection risks. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to continually improve patient outcomes.

Experience



Proven experience in a dental clinic or office setting is preferred. Familiarity with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is advantageous. Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology related to the field. Knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry and proficiency in medical imaging techniques. Experience in performing root canal therapy and other specialized procedures is a plus. A commitment to ongoing professional development in pediatric dentistry, infection control practices, and other relevant areas of expertise. Pay: $60,185.23-$281,518.32 per year
