Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist (General Dentist) to join our dental practice. We are a busy clinic with long-term established patient base and fun working environment.

We do most general dentistry procedures including filling and implant restorations, crowns and bridges, oral surgery, endo, and whitening. We're looking to add implants and ortho as services offered at the clinic in the future and experience with those procedures is a plus.

We are open Monday - Friday and one Saturday/month. Days of work are Wednesday's and Thursday's. Applicant must have at least 2 years of experience and be able to work as the solo dentist on certain days.

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide quality dental care to our patients and assist in maintaining their oral health.

Duties:

- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning

- Provide general dental services including fillings, extractions, and cleanings

- Perform specialized dental procedures such as root canals, crowns, and bridges

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Experience:

- Must have a valid dental license in the Province of British Columbia

- Previous experience working in a Canadian dental office (minimum 2 years)

- Familiarity with dental software (i.e. Tracker)

Skills:

- Excellent clinical skills in general dentistry procedures

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well within a team environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

We offer competitive compensation as % of collection for our Associate Dentists based on experience.
