We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treatment planning, and performing a wide range of dental procedures, utilizing modern tools and software to deliver exceptional patient care.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using digital tools such as CAD systems.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
Perform various dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
Manage pediatric patients with specialized care tailored to children's dental needs (Pediatrics experience is a plus).
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Document all patient interactions, diagnoses, and procedures accurately within electronic health records.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient service.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology such as CAD design and other innovative techniques.
Requirements
Valid license to practice dentistry as an Associate Dentist.
Proficiency with dental software
Experience working in a busy family dental office setting
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and team members.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
