We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice on Tuesday's. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with our team and patients.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions and more.
Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs.
Maintain accurate patient records using Oryx Dental software and ensure compliance with all health regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote overall dental health.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Manage pediatric patients with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring a comfortable experience for children.
Experience
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Oryx is preferred.
Experience working in a dental office setting is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
