Responsibilities
Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using advanced tools and techniques.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix for charting, scheduling, and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient practice operations and high-quality patient care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, medical history, and progress notes.
Stay current with the latest developments in dentistry, including CAD technology for restorative procedures.
Provide care to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, with sensitivity and professionalism.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid state dental license to practice as an Associate Dentist.
Experience working in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with Epic, Dentrix, and CAD systems is highly desirable.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is a plus.
Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and precision in all procedures.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
