Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and fostering a positive patient experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and techniques. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a diverse patient caseload, including pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and general dentistry procedures.

Responsibilities



Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments utilizing medical imaging and dental records. Diagnose dental conditions through patient evaluation and clinical findings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients across various age groups, including pediatrics. Conduct a wide range of procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with RCDSO regulations. Educate patients on oral health care practices and post-treatment instructions. Collaborate with dental team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery. Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities.

Experience



Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental terminology and medical terminology. Hands-on experience in pediatric dentistry, endodontics (including root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions and utilize dental fabrication techniques. Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic or office environment is advantageous. Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and infection control standards is required. Strong commitment to patient care, assessment skills, and maintaining high standards of clinical practice. Pay: $79,391.13-$363,387.98 per year
