Responsibilities



Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgery with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments using dental terminology and medical documentation to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental imaging technology and maintain aseptic techniques to ensure infection control and patient safety. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to deliver efficient, high-quality care while adhering to HIPAA regulations for medical records and patient privacy. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental wellness. Maintain accurate medical records, document procedures clearly, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards including HIPAA. Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry to provide innovative treatments.

Requirements



Valid dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist in the respective state or region. Proficiency in dental software such as Tracker for charting and record-keeping. Demonstrated experience in general dentistry with a focus on patient care and assessment. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and medical imaging techniques. Hands-on experience with dental fabrication processes, root canal therapy, dental extractions, and oral surgery procedures. Ability to perform pediatric dentistry procedures with sensitivity and professionalism when working with children. Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively and collaborate seamlessly with the dental team.
