We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic, recently built and independently run dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will have experience in various dental procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work in Independently run Office, in a supportive environment, collaborating with a team of professionals committed to patient care and community health.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Conduct various dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care. Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices to promote overall wellness. Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker software systems. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and training.

Skills

Proficiency in using Tracker software for patient management. Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and healthcare. Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable. Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) technology for restorative procedures is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Previous dental office experience is preferred, demonstrating a solid understanding of practice operations. Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $106,410.15-$380,497.17 per year
