Our Dental Practice seeks a dynamic individual committed to further developing their career as an Associate Dentist.

Duties


- Treatment

Primarily responsible for patients' clinical care, including delivering treatment based on diagnosis to achieve optimal patient care Fully diagnose and communicate treatment options to patients Ensure diagnosis and treatment planning occurs at the highest level and is documented in records Motivate and educate patients to achieve optimal oral health
Patient Relationships

Welcomes patients politely and by name Establishes life-long patient relationships, ensuring retention and loyalty Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients using effective communication skills Advocating receipt of new patients to the practice through referrals and marketing initiatives Place patient care calls to those who have had intensive and/or difficult treatment.
Teamwork

Act as a role model for the entire team on clinical and patient care Bridge the clinical and administrative functions for the whole team to be cohesive and united Partner with Practice Manager and all others in the practice to build and maintain trust and positive team relationships Collaborate with Treatment Coordinators to create treatment plans for every patient, diagnosing and presenting options in detail Attends and actively participates in team meetings Regularly presents process improvements to the Practice and seeks opportunities to make extra contributions to the overall benefit of the Practice Maintains composure under pressure during times of change

Skills


- Proficiency in dental procedures and techniques
- Experience working in a dental office setting
- Licensed or in good standing with RCDSO
-Require a valid CPR certification
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with patients and staff members

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $90,000.00-$180,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
