We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. This position is open to new graduates, with mentorship and clinical support available to support a smooth and confident transition into practice. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions using clinical evaluation and diagnostic tools
Develop and present individualized treatment plans, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care
Perform a broad range of general dentistry procedures, including restorations, crowns, extractions, and root canal therapy
Accurately document patient records using dental practice management software (Dentrix)
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and post-treatment care
Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in dentistry and best practices
Qualifications & Skills
Dental degree from an accredited university
Active registration and good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)

Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
