Our newly established dental practice in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a qualified Associate Dentist to join our expanding clinical team. This opportunity is well suited for a practitioner who is committed to patient-focused care, values collaboration, and consistently delivers high standards of clinical dentistry.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive oral examinations and assess dental conditions for patients of all age groups.
Formulate individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings and patient objectives.
Provide a wide range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and urgent care treatments.
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation using dental practice management software, including Akitu One.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to support efficient practice operations.
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, hygiene practices, and preventive care strategies.
Engage in continuing professional development to remain current with clinical techniques and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental institution.
Valid and current license to practice dentistry.
Previous clinical experience in a dental practice setting is preferred.
Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
