Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using state-of-the-art technology. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatrics. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within electronic health record systems: Tracker. Educate patients on oral health care practices, preventive measures, and treatment options. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Adhere to all safety protocols, including infection control standards, to ensure patient and staff safety. Stay current with advancements in dental techniques, materials, and technology through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution. 2-4 years of experience is required. Valid state dental license in good standing. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients of diverse backgrounds. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to delivering compassionate patient care while maintaining high professional standards.
