Applications are invited for the position of Associate Dean, School of Community Services in the Community, Justice, and Fitness Studies Division, currently located at the Welland Campus. The salary range is $125,153 to $156,441 for a 35-hour work week. Additional hours may be required as necessary.
Reporting to the Dean of Community, Justice and Fitness Studies, the successful candidate works collaboratively with a high performance academic, administrative, and support teams to lead in the development, delivery and ongoing review of the full-time and part-time post-secondary programs and services in the department. The Associate Dean will ensure that the programs are effectively and efficiently delivered, meet Ministry, College Quality Assurance Audit Processes (CQAAP), Credential Validation Service (CVS) or Postsecondary Education Quality Assessment Board (PEQAB) standards, and are relevant to the needs of college students. The School of Community Services offers a range of human service programs including Early Childhood Education, Educational Assistance and Adult Supports, Child and Youth Care, Social Service Worker, Recreation Therapy, Autism and Behavioural Science, Addictions and Mental Health and Resource Consulting.
