As an Associate Creative Director, you bring a variety of core creative competencies to the table, along with a hunger for developing your skill set on the fundamentals of our business.

The Associate Creative Director is responsible for helping to form strategies, shape creative vision, and liaison with the client and account teams to ensure that the creative product and its strategic goals exceed expectations of the client.

As a member of a creative team, you are a born collaborator. You will collaborate well with others and can work with other agency departments, including account management, project management, development, and production.

You will bring life to creative ideation all the way to execution with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the forefront for Dentsu and clients.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Work in a collaborative environment on various projects and campaigns
  • You\'ll inspire, mentor and direct junior teams to deliver original and competitive creative solutions that exceed client expectations and achieve real results.
  • Be a creative leader to our clients and cross functional teams.
  • Conceptualize and collaborate with creative teams, including other copywriters, designers, art directors, and UX/UI teams
  • Work closely with our planning department and to have input into crafting creative briefs.
  • Partnering with Account Leads, you\'ll help drive successful digital experiences and business results for our clients, using your deep understanding of the power of creative to elevate the impact of our work and deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • You are comfortable conceiving ideas and for a variety of formats including broadcast/OLV, digital experiences, social, XM/activations, VR/AR, etc.
  • You understand how to ignite campaigns and experiences through the use of tech
  • You\'ll proactively bring forward new ideas, inspirational references, and creative design thinking that elevates the client and agency brand, using your passion for creative to drive the agency forward and keep our work fresh and exciting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you\'ll contribute to the production process, always maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring that every detail of our work is perfect.
  • Reporting to the Creative Leads of the department and work with them in all areas of creative development.
  • You\'ll provide insights into award-winning advertising projects in the industry and markets, using your experience and expertise to identify best practices and creative approaches that can be applied to our work.
  • Stay abreast of industry, competitor, and cultural trends, pulling these references into creative ideas.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • A related Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 degree, Diploma, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong Portfolio. You demonstrate originality, innovation, and a multi-disciplinary thinking through your work.
  • Expert knowledge of software packages including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • You are experienced in art direction, branding and design.
  • A demonstrated ability to expand thinking to integrated channels.
  • The ability to collaborate, to take constructive criticism, and to seek out and act on peer/client feedback\xe2\x80\x94essential to good team chemistry and client relations.
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and pro-actively manage priorities effectively.
