As an Associate Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our creative vision and ensuring the highest level of artistic excellence in all our design endeavors. Reporting directly to the VP Business Lead & Creative Director, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful and compelling visual experiences. Our agency specializes in connecting with (and marketing to) culturally diverse consumer groups.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and other stakeholders to develop and execute creative concepts, ensuring they align with the brand\'s vision and objectives.
• You will be the designer of all visual assets, including but not limited to: branding, advertising campaigns, digital and print materials, packaging, and experiential design.
• Ensure all designs reflect the brand\'s essence, telling compelling stories and connecting with our target audience on an emotional level.
• Stay up-to-date with global industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, incorporating them into our creative strategies and executions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining a high level of quality across all deliverables.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and ideally proficient in additional languages
• If you have global agency experience this is a bonus
• Ability to clearly present and articulate your ideas and design concepts to others, in particular senior clients.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional artistic and design skills, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a unique creative vision.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a designer and/or art director creative role, preferably within an agency or design studio environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition, with a focus on designing experiences that resonate with audiences.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of current global design trends, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketers, copywriters, developers, and project managers.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.
• A deep passion for design and a belief in designing with a soul, creating work that evokes emotions and connects with people on a profound level.
