The Toronto Blue Jays are looking for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in learning from industry-leading professionals and exploring what it means to be a part of Canada's only Major League Baseball team.
Selected individuals will become part of a diverse cohort with access to department-specific training, social activities and learning opportunities. Each participant will also be assigned a cross-departmental mentor from within the organization to guide them throughout the program and the unique chance to present to the Toronto Blue Jays' Leadership Team.
During this year-long program, candidates will gain invaluable real-world exposure to the sports industry, immersing themselves in the Toronto Blue Jays world right here at the Rogers Centre.

Overview
The Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club is currently seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented team player to fill the role of Concert Ticketing Associate. Reporting to the Manager of Concert Ticketing, this position will serve as a key member of the department, providing system and operational support for Rogers Centre concerts and events. Success in this position requires the drive to continually advance and learn new technology to fit the evolving ticketing business landscape.
Responsibilities:
Support with the placement of concert holds, processing of ticket orders and the release of ticket inventory under promoter direction
Assist with the planning and execution of event day ticket operations and providing tour support
Collaborate with Ticket Support reps to resolve concert-related fan inquiries while implementing Blue Jays WE CARE values
Identify concert staffing requirements and work in conjunction with Box Office Managers to schedule part-time staff
Assist with tour promoter walk-throughs and related ticket inventory adjustments on event load-in days
Organize any required seat relocation projects, ensuring they operate efficiently on event day
Confidently interact with other venue teams such as Ballpark Experience & Operations and Fan Services to ensure an efficient ticketing and gate entry experience for fans
Demonstrate commitment to positively contributing, encouraging and fostering a culture of equality within an inclusive and safe workplace
Contribute to the overall success of Ticket Operations by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
University degree or College diploma in business/marketing or related program, or equivalent work-related experience gained in the last 3 years
Keen interest in ticket operations and the live event industry
Demonstrated computer skills using Microsoft software
Ability to provide leadership and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Effective communication skills to connect with fans as well as staff members at all levels within the organization
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize under tight timelines while ensuring accurate completion of assigned work
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
Experience utilizing Ticketmaster products including TMWin, Archtics or TM1 Events is an asset
Applicants must be willing and able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends and holidays as required.
Salary:
The anticipated base compensation for this role is $25.00 per hour.
