Job Overview:
The Associate Commercialization Manager (Customer Marketing) under the direction of the Senior Manager, Coffee Commercialization, is responsible for contributing to a variety of projects to drive the growth of Keurig Dr Pepper's Coffee Systems business by supporting the business operations and specific program tactics with a high attention to execution excellence.
Your goal is to drive success with our shoppers, customers and partners by helping to drive a commercial hot beverage strategy that is coherent across channels and optimized to deliver supply chain efficiencies. Your work will have a wide span of influence and require flexibility in style and approach. There will be collaboration and strategic thinking to execute on commercial priorities and channel strategy. You will also need a strong process orientation to ensure that your detailed plan is fully communicated and flawlessly executed.
This is both a learning and development role to gain familiarity with our product line and business processes, and to work as part of a cross functional team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain exposure to all facets of coffee systems commercialization and will support multiple stakeholders including sales, brand marketing, revenue growth management (RGM), supply chain and partner teams.
