Fournir une assistance professionnelle a nos clients par telephone et courrier electronique afin de:



Resoudre tout probleme technique de niveau 1 lie au logiciel Offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel Fournir des informations sur nos produits et services Fournir des informations sur nos promotions Fournir des informations sur la facturation Fournir des suggestions sur la maniere dont les utilisateurs peuvent tirer profit de nos produits de facon optimale o Effectuer des tests sur nos produits pour s'assurer que nous resolvons efficacement les problemes potentiels. o Garder a jour la base de donnees Offrir du support a notre equipe de developpement en effectuant des tests sur les nouvelles fonctions de nos produits et sur les corrections de bogues

Your responsibilities:



Provide professional assistance to our customers by phone and email:


Resolve any level 1 technical problems related to the software Offer outstanding customer service Provide Information on our products and services Provide suggestions on how users can best benefit from our products Carry out tests on our products to ensure that we are effectively troubleshooting potential issues. Ensure that mobile synchronization systems configurations are done with our clients

Job Qualifications:



Exigences:


2 ans et plus d'experience en service a la clientele, soutien technique et applicatif Connaissances des systemes de Microsoft Windows environnement PC, courriels ...etc. Excellente aptitude de communication en FRANCAIS et en ANGLAIS a la fois verbale et ecrite Facilite et rapidite d'apprentissage Capacite a gerer son stress dans un environnement dynamique Posseder d'excellentes qualites relationnelles

Computer support training/diploma OR 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support and applications.oKnowledge of computer systems (Windows and Mac) as well as mobile systems (iOS and Android)oExcellent communication skills in French and English both verbally and in writingoAbility to learn quickly and easilyoAbility to manage stress in a dynamic environmentoExcellent interpersonal skills
