As the Associate Business Systems Analyst you will liaise between the team and Business stakeholders for functionality enhancements and new developments. You will be a part of an exciting team responsible for translating concepts and requirements into client focused and effective system-based solutions. You will assist in formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a basic understanding of the applicable business applications.




Technologies you have experience with:




JIRA, JIRA Service Desk and Confluence or similar tools. You can analyze the data used in the applications with data query tools and data dictionary Google Analytics 4 (GA4) -User flow analysis to inform design decisions and measure product performance. Hotjar - leveraged heatmaps, recordings, and feedback polls to identify friction points and optimize user journeys



How you will create impact:




Collecting information and requirements to assist in the preparation of project planning documents and functional specifications. Supporting the detailed analysis of business functions, rules and processes through discussions with the team and Business stakeholders. Supporting analysis and specifications for required data and system integrations. Performing test scripts, supporting senior team members and verifying results against expected reporting defects. Assisting with production support activities and developing an understanding of technical components, application platforms and interfaces.

To join our team:




You have one to three years of experience in Information Technology or a related field. You have completed post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related discipline. One to five years as a Business Analyst supporting Guidewire suite of products throughout the delivery life cycle/system development life cycle You have in-depth knowledge on ensuring data accuracy and maintaining data integrity You have prior experience with agile practices and an agile mindset
