Responsibilities
Assist in growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities
Support customer acquisition aligned with company goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative solutions to life
Contribute to exceptional account management and client service
Participate in key industry events
Help track and analyze sales KPIs including volume, new accounts, inventory performance, and profitability
Support inventory management for custom programs
Travel as needed
Skills
Proficient in negotiation, sales, and business development strategies (packaging, CPG, floral, or related field is a plus but not necessary)
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills
A collaborative, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset
Experience in building strategic partnerships and managing customer relationships effectively
Skillful in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
