Your Role:




Support wealth advisors to deliver superior client service and remain available to respond to client requests. Carry out day?to?day operations related to financial transactions (e.g., buying and selling securities, making required adjustments). Execute deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts and ensure rigorous follow?up. Analyze and open client files and keep them up to date. Produce portfolio management reports.

Coordinate the administrative workflow of client accounts, ensuring effective agenda management, timely appointment scheduling, and thorough preparation for client meetings.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management practices. Take charge of the team's marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, and the implementation of activities that support the team's development.

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth?largest securities brokerage firm in Canada. With nearly 1,000 wealth advisors managing the assets of more than 400,000 clients across approximately 100 branches. Requirements:




Completed college and/or university degree in a field related to the position A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in banking (back office), insurance, and/or finance Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) completed, OR commitment to complete it within 12 months of hiring Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Outstanding customer service skills
