This position reports to the Director of Client Services - Investment, Private Wealth 1859 and is located at 1040 rue du Lux in Brossard.

Your Main Challenges




Assist the Senior Investment Advisor with all administrative tasks related to managing high-net-worth client accounts Provide superior customer service Open and maintain client files in accordance with legal deadlines Prepare documents required for client meetings Serve as the administrative liaison with various operational departments Perform administrative tasks such as sending cheques to clients, bank deposits, fund transfers, RRSP and RRIF contributions and withdrawals, and follow-ups on incoming and outgoing transfers Prepare tables, memos, letters, and various documents Act as a resource person for clients Keep operational and regulatory knowledge up to date Identify risks inherent to the Wealth Management sector's activities

Internal and External Requirements




College diploma and two years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Studies in administration or office technology are an asset Experience in customer service Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course is an asset Proficiency in Word and Excel Knowledge of CROESUS software is an asset Ability to quickly learn new IT systems Strong teamwork skills and interest Organizational skills Ability to work under pressure Autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail Proficiency in written and spoken French (bilingualism is an asset)
