Your responsibilities will involve supporting the vision and growth strategy of a priority partner brand. They put the consumer at the heart of everything they do, and they lead with a General Management approach. In this role, you will:

• Support the Brand team in delivering short- and long-term growth strategies on the McCafxc3x83xc2xa9 brand in retail, including supporting the execution of key elements within the annual marketing plans.
• Support the Brand team in planning and executing breakthrough consumer communication campaigns with internal cross-functional teams and agencyxc3x82 partners, giving focused direction to build brand equity and deliver business results.
• Lead and manage key brand-led innovation projects including, but not limited to packaging, digital, and PR, as well as innovation development and project management for new products for the portfolio.
• Gather and analyze brand and category-specific data to understand Canadian consumer trends and develop business-building recommendations.
• Cultivate effective working relationships with the internal cross-functional teams to support and execute innovation and brand programming, including: Omnichannel marketing, Insights, Innovation, Revenue Growth Management, R&D, Regulatory and Finance.
• Actively co-manage the brand marketing budget for this highly visible portfolio with P&L accountability.

• University Degree in Business and/or Marketing
• 2-3 yearsxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99 experience in product and/or brand management, preferably in the food and/or consumer product industries
• Experience with product and packaging development
• Experience with marketing project management and coordination within a company
• Experience in working as part of a cross-functional team.xc3x82
