Job Description


Role Purpose:

  • The primary focus is to build and expand relationships of existing or new accounts, recognize client needs, and open doors to opportunities across multiple business areas to support the growth and utilization of all IQVIA solutions.
Principal Accountabilities:
  • This role will be trained to provide subject matter expertise support the utilization and growth of our anonymized patient level data assets across an assigned group of accounts.
  • Collaborate as a member of an Account Team to develop an Account Plan based on deep understanding of the Account, outlining key priorities and engagement plans to help the client achieve their goals as well as to drive partnership across IQVIA business lines.
  • Develop & strengthen our relationships with clients, become a trusted advisor to client contacts specifically within marketing, market research, & market access, regarding industry issues, trends as well as IQVIA offerings and consulting capabilities.
  • Create and anticipate clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and, in collaboration with our extended subject matter experts, develop and present solutions \xe2\x80\x93 from individual to multi-disciplined - to address client\'s complex business issues.
  • Strategically identify and lead the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within assigned account(s).
  • Lead cross-functional teams of IQVIA resources (SME\xe2\x80\x99s) from across the business to promote the full range of IQVIA products and services within assigned accounts to achieve assigned revenue goal.
  • Monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with the Account Team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and coordinate proposals to drive new business growth and manage renewal subscriptions. As required, may participate in contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contracts.
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years relevant sales or account management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of IQVIA offerings, customer account management and pharmaceutical industry is required.
Additional Requirements:
  • Strategic thinking, Problem solving mindset, negotiation, planning, relationship building, presentation, written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Analytical skills are important to support the design, delivery, and analysis of customized insights, including anonymized patient-level insights.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and influence outcomes.

  • Le titulaire de ce poste recevra une formation pour acqu\xc3\xa9rir les connaissances n\xc3\xa9cessaires pour favoriser l\xe2\x80\x99utilisation et la croissance de nos donn\xc3\xa9es anonymis\xc3\xa9es au niveau du patient au sein d\xe2\x80\x99un groupe de comptes d\xc3\xa9sign\xc3\xa9.
  • Collaborer en tant que membre d\xe2\x80\x99une \xc3\xa9quipe de comptes \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9laboration d\xe2\x80\x99un plan relatif aux comptes fond\xc3\xa9 sur une excellente compr\xc3\xa9hension du compte, en soulignant les principales priorit\xc3\xa9s et les plans d\xe2\x80\x99engagement qui aideront le client \xc3\xa0 atteindre ses objectifs et m\xc3\xa8nera \xc3\xa0 la cr\xc3\xa9ation de partenariats avec des secteurs d\xe2\x80\x99activit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99IQVIA.
  • \xc3\x89tendre et renforcer nos relations avec les clients, devenir un conseiller de confiance pour les personnes-ressources des clients, surtout en marketing, en \xc3\xa9tude de march\xc3\xa9 et en acc\xc3\xa8s au march\xc3\xa9, concernant des enjeux de l\xe2\x80\x99industrie, des tendances, de m\xc3\xaame que les offres d\xe2\x80\x99IQVIA et ses capacit\xc3\xa9s en mati\xc3\xa8re de consultation.
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er des besoins chez nos clients et en anticiper d\xe2\x80\x99autres, en collaboration avec nos grands experts en la mati\xc3\xa8re, mettre au point et pr\xc3\xa9senter des solutions \xe2\x80\x93 pour une seule discipline jusqu\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa0 de multiples \xe2\x80\x93 qui r\xc3\xa8glent les probl\xc3\xa8mes commerciaux complexes des clients.
  • Rep\xc3\xa9rer de fa\xc3\xa7on strat\xc3\xa9gique de nouvelles possibilit\xc3\xa9s cibl\xc3\xa9es d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9largissement des activit\xc3\xa9s et des contrats au sein du ou des compte(s) attribu\xc3\xa9(s), et piloter les recherches.
  • Diriger des \xc3\xa9quipes interfonctionnelles de ressources d\xe2\x80\x99IQVIA (experts en la mati\xc3\xa8re) de toute l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise pour la promotion de la gamme compl\xc3\xa8te de produits et services d\xe2\x80\x99IQVIA aupr\xc3\xa8s des comptes attribu\xc3\xa9s, afin d\xe2\x80\x99atteindre l\xe2\x80\x99objectif de revenus fix\xc3\xa9.
  • Surveiller la satisfaction des clients \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9gard des produits livrables acquis par contrat et des travaux de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de comptes, afin d\xe2\x80\x99obtenir et de maintenir un taux \xc3\xa9lev\xc3\xa9 de satisfaction de la client\xc3\xa8le.
  • R\xc3\xa9diger et coordonner des propositions visant \xc3\xa0 stimuler la croissance de nouvelles activit\xc3\xa9s, et g\xc3\xa9rer les renouvellements d\xe2\x80\x99abonnements. Participer possiblement, selon les besoins, aux efforts de renouvellement d\xe2\x80\x99importants contrats pluriannuels.

  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire ou l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quivalent et au moins 2 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente en vente ou en gestion de comptes.
  • Une excellente connaissance des offres d\xe2\x80\x99IQVIA, de la gestion de comptes clients et de l\xe2\x80\x99industrie pharmaceutique est exig\xc3\xa9e.
