En tant qu'associe(e), votre role est au coeur de la creation d'une experience client memorable. Grace a votre accueil chaleureux, votre ecoute attentive et votre connaissance des produits, vous accompagnez chaque client dans l'amenagement d'un espace qui lui ressemble. Cela implique de collaborer avec l'equipe afin de veiller a la presentation soignee de la marchandise et au bon deroulement des operations, contribuant ainsi a un environnement de vente agreable, efficace et inspirant.

CE QUE TU FERAS AU QUOTIDIEN

Offrir un accueil chaleureux et un service personnalise a chaque client, en cernant ses besoins et en le conseillant avec professionnalisme. Contribuer activement a l'atteinte des objectifs de vente en appliquant les techniques de vente et de fidelisation recommandees. Participer aux operations courantes du magasin : encaissement, reception de la marchandise, et mise en rayon. Veiller a la presentation soignee des produits et au reapprovisionnement du plancher de vente selon les normes visuelles etablies. Collaborer avec l'equipe afin de maintenir un environnement de travail positif, organise et axe sur l'experience client.

CE QUE TU AS A OFFRIR

Experience au service a la clientele ou en vente au detail (un atout). Excellentes habiletes en communication et aisance avec la clientele. Bilinguisme (francais et anglais) requis ou souhaite selon la region. Dynamisme, esprit d'equipe et attitude positive. Autonomie, rigueur et capacite a gerer plusieurs taches a la fois. Interet marque pour la decoration, le design et les tendances mode.

TES CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

Poste permanent a temps partiel Horaire variable selon les besoins operationnels du magasin avec des quarts de jour et/ou de soir Disponibilite requise les fins de semaine Travail debout prolonge et manipulation de marchandises Manipulation reguliere de charge pouvant aller jusqu'a 25lb et occasionnellement jusqu'a 75 lb. Mouvement physique frequents?: flexion, etirement, montee sur escabeau ou echelle dans le cadre de mise en place de marchandise et du service a la clientele Possibilite de periodes d'achalandage plus intenses (soldes, fetes, changements de saison) Ambiance de travail bienveillante et collaborative

SALES ASSOCIATE

As a Sales Associate, you play a key role in creating a memorable customer experience. Through your warm welcome, attentive listening, and strong product knowledge, you help each customer design a space that reflects their personal style. This involves collaborating with the team to ensure merchandise is well presented and store operations run smoothly, contributing to an inspiring, efficient, and enjoyable shopping environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY

Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to each customer by identifying their needs and offering expert advice Actively contribute to sales goals by applying recommended selling and customer loyalty techniques Participate in day-to-day store operations: cash register transactions, receiving merchandise, and restocking the sales floor Ensure products are neatly presented and the sales floor is replenished according to established visual standards Work closely with the team to maintain a positive, organized, and customer-focused work environment

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Customer service or retail sales experience (an asset) Excellent communication skills and ease interacting with customers Bilingualism (French and English) required or preferred depending on the region Energetic, team-oriented, and positive attitude Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Strong interest in home decor, design, and fashion trends

Permanent part-time position Flexible schedule based on store needs, including day and/or evening shifts Weekend availability required Standing for extended periods and handling merchandise Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs Frequent physical activity: bending, stretching, climbing ladders or step stools during merchandising and customer service tasks Possible peak periods during sales, holidays, or seasonal transitions Supportive and collaborative work environment
