Your responsibilities and tasks

Assurer la gestion client d'une zone geographique, suit les dossiers clients, gere les offres et commandes de pieces de rechange, outillage et retrofits.


Assiste le responsable commercial service dans son activite tout en repondant a la satisfaction et a la fidelisation des clients.


La gestion d'un portefeuille clients


Communication client en point de contact principal sur le suivi des demandes clients (niveau1) et reroutage en interne avec suivi.


Gestion des litiges avec l'equipe de vente, support technique


Assurer le suivi des garanties et des reclamations clients


Satisfaction client


Traitement des offres et commandes sur son portefeuille client


Pieces detachees


Outillage simple (references)


Upgrade technique et complexe en support


Intervention client


Contrat de maintenance


Gestion des contrats de maintenance


Planification, mises a jour, revision des contrats.


Soutien aux equipes de ventes sur les preparations de documents d'offres et de presentation clients


Coordination logistique interne et client


Suivi des delais de production


Suivi des livraisons


Suivi des installations


Coordination financiere


Cloture administrative des demandes


Gestion de la facturation client


Support aux relances de facturation - suivi des paiements/ acomptes


Maintien des bases de donnees clients a jour (CRM)


Gestion des pieces pour les projets neufs et garantie


Identifier les ventes upselling et crosselling lors d'une demande client et proposer des services complementaires


Negociation d'offre simple avec le responsable commercial service et les regles services.

Your profile and qualifications

SAVOIR

BTS, DUT commerce, Master 1 ou 2, option Commerce Connaissance de la logistique, Incoterm SAP, CRM, Pack office Anglais


SAVOIR-FAIRE

Travail en equipe Rigueur, Methode et organisation Capacite d'analyse Capacite a traiter plusieurs sujets en parallele et de toutes natures Polyvalence Sens du service client
