Vous jouerez un role cle dans la croissance et le developpement de carriere de votre equipe. Responsabilites quotidiennes



Offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel au comptoir afin de repondre aux besoins des clients. Gerer des taches administratives telles que les comptes fournisseurs, les rapports de caisse, etc. Communiquer avec les membres de l'equipe afin de resoudre efficacement les problemes. Jouer differents roles tout au long de la journee : de la vente et du service a l'accompagnement des membres de l'equipe, en passant par la planification, l'execution des objectifs et l'administration. Apprendre le metier en participant activement aux operations dans l'atelier de service. Contribuer a la gestion des actifs et des flux de tresorerie de Kal Tire selon les normes de l'entreprise. Collaborer avec le gerant de magasin a la mise en oeuvre de strategies et de plans, et assurer la realisation des activites de soutien necessaires pour atteindre les resultats attendus. Travailler avec confiance et bon jugement sous pression, et savoir etablir les priorites efficacement.

Qualifications et facteurs de succes



Bilinguisme requis (francais et anglais), tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit. Minimum de 2 ans d'experience dans un role de gestion ou de supervision (atout). Permis de conduire valide. Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent (GED), avec une formation en gestion (atout). Capacite a soulever de 30 a 50 lb au besoin. Favoriser une culture de positivite et de croissance ou chacun se sent encourage a s'epanouir. Stimuler l'engagement en creant des liens significatifs avec les clients et en offrant une experience personnalisee. Motiver et developper les membres de l'equipe dans un environnement de travail respectueux.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service to help fulfil customer's needs at the front counter. Managing administrative duties such as payables, cash reports, etc. Communicating with the team members for effective problem-solving. Taking on various roles throughout the day, such as from sales and service experts to mentoring team members to planning and executing goals, administrator, and more. Willingness to learn the business by working in the service area. Assists with managing Kal Tire assets and cash flow under company standards and expectations. Collaborates with the Store Manager to implement strategies and plans and ensures completion of supporting activities to deliver expected outcomes. Operate with confidence and sound judgment under pressure; and can prioritize effectively.

Qualifications and Success

Bilingual proficiency French/English (written and oral) You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managerial/ supervisory roles (preferred) A valid Driver's License. A high school diploma/ GED equivalent and some management training (preferred). Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. as needed. Motivate and develop team members in a respectful work environment. Prioritize safety by actively encouraging your team to wear required PPE and follow work protocols.
