Poste : Assistant(e) Boutique & Experience Client

Disponibilite :

3 a 5 jours/semaine

Semaine : 9h30 - 18h

Fin de semaine : horaires possiblement prolonges (shifts possibles)

Responsabilites

Accueillir les clients de facon naturelle et professionnelle

Offrir the / matcha

pour une experience agreable Conseiller les clients sur les marques et les pieces

Organiser et maintenir la boutique

propre et bien presentee Participer au

visual merchandising

(agencement, presentations, reassort) Aider a l'encaissement (caisse + terminal) Ouvrir / fermer la boutique selon l'horaire

Capturer quelques moments

(photo / video simple) pour le contenu

Montage video simple = atout

Tu parles francais et anglais (obligatoire)

pour la mode, les details, l'esthetique Tu es

Position:

Boutique & Customer Experience Assistant

Availability:

3 to 5 days/week

Weekdays:

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Weekends:

sometimes extended hours (shifts possible)

Your Responsibilities

Greet customers naturally and professionally Offer tea/matcha to create a pleasant experience Advise on the boutique's brands and pieces Organize the space and keep the boutique impeccable Assist with visual merchandising (arranging, adjusting, harmonizing displays) Help with checkout (cash register + terminal) Open/close the boutique according to schedule Capture photos/videos of moments in the boutique for content Simple video editing = a plus, but not required

Profile We're Looking For

You have an eye for fashion & design Organized, autonomous, proactive Comfortable interacting with customers Good presentation & communication skills Comfortable using your phone to capture content Punctual, reliable, positive attitude
