We are looking for an Assistant to Psychotherapist who will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks related to psychological assessments and reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychological assessments under the guidance of the psychotherapist.

- Assist in the preparation of psychological reports and treatment plans.

- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and handling correspondence.

- Collaborate with the psychotherapist to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

- Provide support and assistance to clients as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Previous experience in a mental health setting is highly desirable.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluency in Farsi
