Job Overview


looking for an organized and detail oriented assistant to a construction project manager currently completing a residential project.

Duties



Update project task lists Assist in the purchasing of final finishing items including some cabinetry, furniture etc. Manage site cleanup including sale or donation of leftover building materials & recycling. Monitor project progress including scheduling trades and attending onsite through the deficiency completion phase of the project. Varied additional tasks & responsibilities related to the finishing & furnishing of a modern urban residence.

Qualifications



passion for design, construction & organization. Strong computer & internet skills with the ability to learn new technologies. Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with vendors and subcontractors. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Some experience in interior design and/or renovation & construction is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
