Gilic Holding Limited is a real estate and business investment company based in Canada and Hong Kong. This diverse company is vertically integrated with in-house departments responsible for execution of the company's activities including real estate investment, property development, as well as leasing, sales, and various business investments.
With an expansion investment portfolio, the Company is looking for an Assistant to Director work closely with company Director and Executive team to research and expand new investment opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete a broad variety of personal administrative tasks, including but not limited in preparing information and arranging meetings internally and externally; maintaining contact lists and composing correspondence; making travel arrangements.
Manage and maintain Director's personal investments, including but not limited to residential properties, personal collections and vehicle etc.
Assist in maintaining open communication with operational team in Canada and Hong Kong, including meeting regularly to monitor and report each department's working progress.
Conducting substantial market research and prepare market reports, and presentations for director.
Conduct feasibility studies for different types of investment opportunities. This includes analysis of site suitability, government regulations, and market conditions.
Assist leading executives with completion of real estate acquisition and financing due diligence processes/requirements
Act as a point of contact f to coordinate projects and maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external parties.
All ad hoc tasks instructed by the Director as well as the top executives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 3-years' experience with relevant work experience in providing secretariat or assistant support.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate Investment.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong follow up skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
Be able to work independently with pressure and multi-tasks.
Effective organisational skills.
Strong in negotiation skills.
Fast learner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
